Orders Placed Before and Since the Covid19 Outbreak

Our framers sit in a high-risk category due to underlying health issues and as such are shielding. Framing work ceased at the beginning of the lockdown and customers with work completed were contacted and collection arranged on the days leading up to the lockdown. We currently have no completed work ready for collection.
Our framers are expected to return to work in a reduced capacity at the end of June at which point production will resume. We will contact you to confirm when your order is ready.
Collection will be arranged by appointment ONLY. We will contact you to arrange a time and date. We will ask that you reverse your vehicle up to the roller doors, open your boot and return to your vehicle. We will then place your artwork in your vehicle for you.
Payment will be requested electronically or by telephone before collection takes place. We will not be able to accept payment in store as our retail shop will not be open.
Please note that our retail framing business is now permanently closed. Once current orders as complete, will not be re-opening.
